Gets the air out... (2010-05-10)
We used these with our Playtex drop-in system. It gets the air out more efficiently than just fingers. Design-wise, its diameter could be increased a little more, because the drop-in would wrap around the plunger part as you expel the air.

I bought this for my daughter who had a new baby and is using the playtex bottles and we both love it. Wished they would have had this back when I used the playtex bottles. If your using playtex bottles this is a must product.
Sturdy and does the job! (2009-07-15)
If you use Playtex drop-in bottles and like to push the air out, this is a must if you don't want to go to the trouble of rigging your own device. Way too expensive when you include shipping for what you get, but it does indeed work.
Usefull but ...... , (2008-09-18)
The burper itself works great for getting the air out of my sons bottles, but the little handle on the top broke off both of mine leaving sharp points. I sanded them down because i had to be careful not to stab myself while using it.
